Bright Earth Buddhism is designed to be accessible to everyone. It is mainly inspired by Japanese Pure Land Buddhism but also draws wisdom from other Buddhist and wisdom traditions, and nature.
Join Rev Satya to hear about her own experience of encountering the ‘Other Power’ of Pure Land Buddhism, and how she began with a lot of skepticism before slowly testing out the teachings for herself and eventually becoming a Buddhist minister.
Hear about our simple practice, and how Bright Earth philosophy might help you in your everyday lives. The talk will be followed by time for questions and answers.
This is a ‘camera on’ Zoom meeting – if this isn’t possible, you’ll be asked to switch your camera on briefly at the beginning.
Suggested donation between £3 & £12 or whatever you can afford – we never want to turn people away through lack of finances.
Suitable for those who know nothing about Buddhism or for those from other Buddhist traditions (or for anyone who is curious!).
